1. How do I know what size to order for my child?

Each clothing item has its own size chart, which you’ll find on the product page — just below the description. Since sizes can vary slightly between items, we always recommend checking that chart before purchasing.

2. Are your toys suitable for my child’s age?
We include a recommended age range on each toy to help you choose the most appropriate products for your child. Many of our toys are made with child-considerate materials. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to give you more information to help you decide.

3. Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Many of our customers send Zuzzis orders directly to loved ones. While we don’t include printed receipts in the package, you can add your own gift note at checkout. We're working on adding gift wrap options soon.

4. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some popular products come back quickly, others may not — especially seasonal items. If something you love is out of stock, contact us and we’ll let you know when (or if) it’s coming back.

5. How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically delivered 5–9 days after placement. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Please wait for your order to arrive and initiate the returns process.

7. Something’s wrong with my order — what do I do?

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing — don’t worry. Just send us an email with your order number and a photo (if helpful), and we’ll make it right.
